Katana Blade: The blade is meticulously crafted from T10 steel, heat-treated, and oil-quenched for exceptional strength. It features a hand-polished finish and undergoes an oxidation process to achieve its black color. The cutting edge is skillfully sprayed with red metallic paint, not only restoring the anime sword’s original appearance but also providing rust resistance without compromising the blade’s strength. The engravings on the blade are etched, not merely painted. This Rengoku katana blade is Full Tang for added durability.

Handle/Tsuka: The tsuka core is made of hardwood and firmly secured to the tang with two bamboo Mekugi pegs. Metal alloy components are used for the Tsuba, Fuchi, and Koshira.

Sheath/Saya: The saya is constructed from hardwood and wrapped in artificial leather. Metal alloy materials are used for the kojiri (scabbard tip) and koiguchi (scabbard mouth).
