Normal Orders: 1 – 2 business days

Custom Orders: 3 – 5 business days (Standard Length Blade and Handle)

20 – 30 business days (Non-standard Length Blade and Handle)

Note: Some high-performance swords may require longer handcrafting time, depending on the complexity of the craftsmanship.

Once ordered the shipping address cannot be changed so check your address properly before submitting. But if necessary please contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we will help you.

No. We will not keep your credit card information on file.

We do not charge any additional sales tax on our products.

Yes, we ship to international countries and welcome international buyers to buy from us HOWEVER it’s buyer’s responsibility for any restrictions in the recipient’s country which is out of our control.Our products are mainly sold to the US, Canada, France and Germany.
Also it’s buyer responsibility to pay for the returned shipping cost as well if the package has been returned to the sender (shipping is nonrefundable & the returned shipping cost will be at least triple of the original cost due to carrier will return via Express instead of Economy) therefore please make sure you understand the local restriction/regulation prior to place order.

Note:
1. It is buyer’s/recipient’s responsibility for any customs and duty charges by recipient’s country which will be billed to the recipient’s by the carrier on behalf of the recipient’s local customs. Also shipping/insurance & duty etc are non-refundable in any circumstances
2. Please do not make purchase if your country doesn’t allow to import this kind of product. For more detail, please contact with your local customs official regarding to regulations/restrictions.
3. Italian, Norway, Russian Union, Arabic Union & Denish buyers please do not buy due to customs prohibit to import sword products.

Your items may or may not be delivered in one package. Multiple products are packaged in different boxes for safety. 

Currently, we only ship to the following six countries: the United States, Canada, Germany, France, Australia, and Sweden. For regions like the UK, Ireland, Italy, Russia, Southeast Asian countries, China, and others, delivery is temporarily unavailable. If you’re interested in purchasing from a non-shippable country, please contact us via email in advance. We’ll verify local regulations and collaborate with freight forwarders to explore feasible options for you.
